Kirk was raised in Spirit Lake and has worked in the real estate field for over twenty years. He has a business degree from Bethel College and an MBA from the Carlson School - University of Minnesota. Kirk has ranked in the top 2% of Iowa Realtors in sales for twelve consecutive years* and takes pride in going above and beyond the call of duty for clients.
 

A native of Appleton, Wisconsin, Sue comes from a background in the travel industry and then served as Marketing Services Director for Great Lakes - United Express Airlines. She focuses on advertising and marketing for the company, and puts an emphasis on working to showcase properties to prospective buyers.

With a love for nature and photography, Rachael is an asset to the team and enjoys helping with marketing efforts and administrative duties in the office. Her most recent efforts have been on training the newest member of the team, Ellie.

Our newest team member is a 3 year old golden retriever with a true love of the lakes and exploring nature.
